What neighborhood do you live in?
Tolt Hill Neighborhood
How long have you lived in that neighborhood?
What is something most people don't know about you?
I used to sing at weddings and events.
Why do you think it's important for people to shop local?
Because it knits a community together, it supports small businesses, which are the backbone of our country, and shopping locally is just more fun. You often see people you know, you learn more about the store owner/service company and you support them with your hard-earned money. What could be better?
Where are your favorite places to go in the neighborhood/Valley?
Hiking anywhere, Centennial park/field/dog park in Snoqualmie, Aroma Coffee in Fall City, historic Snoqualmie

KATHY WHITE | Broker
I have lived in the Snoqualmie Valley for more than 40 years, married to my best friend, Larry, and having raised three awesome kids. Now, we enjoy our grandkids, e-bikes and working on our two acres in Carnation. I have been in the mortgage industry since 1998 and absolutely love helping my clients buy or refinance their homes. The American Dream of home ownership is a passion for me and I love being a part of this with my clients. Whether a first-time homebuyer, seasoned investor or seniors who want a reverse mortgage, it is exciting and rewarding to help people reach their goals and dreams of owning their own home and investing in real estate. I’m here to help and to become your “Lender for Life”.
