What is something most people don't know about you?

I am a OMWBE (Office of Minority Women Business Enterprises) certified business and accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I am the exclusive dealer for Canyon Creek cabinetry east of Bellevue. Canyon Creek is a leader in semi-custom cabinetry with a local distribution center that offers a wide range of cabinetry solutions.

Why do you think it's important for people to shop locally?

Shopping locally strengthens community bonds and boosts the local economy. Supporting local businesses fosters a

thriving community. Embrace where you live and take pride in contributing to its growth.

Where are your favorite places to go in the neighborhood/Valley?

I love spending time at the Salish lodge, whether it’s at the spa with friends, dinner with my husband or just dropping in

to pick up a gift in the gift shop, it is always a wonderful experience. I also love being downtown Snoqualmie when the trains go by with all the waiving kids, something about that never gets old and leaves me smiling for the rest of the day.

What are your favorite things to do in the neighborhood/Valley?

You can find me on just about any sports field in the community. With three very active kids and a husband as a coach, my weekends are spent braving the elements somewhere in the valley, and I love every minute of it.

What is something most people don't know about your business?

What many people may not know about Design and Build NW is that once construction begins, our design team collaborates closely with our contractors to ensure the customer's vision is realized. This integrated approach minimizes miscommunication and prevents costly errors.
