Since 2020.

What is something most people don't know about you?

I am a retired Marine Corps officer, having served 20 years  of active reserved service. Nor do they know that in the summer I enjoy hosting guests on my boat with tours of Lake Union & Washington.

Why do you think it's important for people to shop local?

In order to create community it is vitally important to shop local and to support local businesses. This builds a sense of belonging and helps to foster friendships and a feeling of connection that transcends time.

Where are your favorite places to go in the neighborhood/Valley?

I love to hike on the trails, most notably Mt. Si.

What are your favorite things to do in the neighborhood/Valley?

Swim at the Mt. Si pool, attend the many festivals, take in a movie at the North Bend Theater, play a quick round of nine holes at Mt Si Golf Course.

What are your favorite restaurants in the Valley?

Mt Si Golf Course (the best 5 egg omelette this side of the Mississippi), Twede's Cafe, North Bend Bar and Grill.

What is something most people don't know about the business?

Most people do not understand that my policies pay the individual directly, they follow the person no matter whom they are employed by as they progress through life, and we are the only agency in the country that offers a return of premium benefit if it is not used.  We also have never raised our rates.  Everyone in all walks of life in every stage and station needs my policies.
