What is something most people don't know about you?

I was born and raised in New York.

Why do you think it's important for people to shop local?

I think this is important because it supports the local economy and the small business owners, like myself. I love the small-town feel of the valley and connecting with people in the community.

What are your favorite things to do in the neighborhood/Valley?

Going for a run up and down Snoqualmie Parkway, hiking on trails, visiting the local wineries with friends, and playing golf.

 

What is something most people don't know about the business?

Embrace Fitness has been a long time vision of mine. I saw a need for a business that didn’t exist and I wanted to take 3 of the things I am most passionate about (health, fitness, and nutrition) and offer my knowledge and expertise to clients who need help in those areas. 

I started the company solely and run it on my own. It has been a huge learning experience that has been so rewarding, and I am excited to plan for new development and additions in the future.

Anything exciting going on that customers should know about?

Right now I have 2 spots left to take on personal training and nutritional coaching clients.
